• Partial Refunds: If a boosting service is partially completed and you wish to cancel, you are eligible for a refund proportional to the uncompleted portion of the service.

• Service Delay: If we fail to start your service within the guaranteed timeframe (as stated on the product page), you may request a full refund.

• Post-Completion: Once a boosting service is marked as 100% complete, no refunds will be issued.

3. Digital Goods (In-game Gold, Items, & Accounts)

• Pre-Delivery: A full refund is available if the digital goods have not yet been delivered to your character or account.

• Post-Delivery: Due to the nature of digital assets, once the gold, items, or account credentials have been delivered and confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

• Game Bans/Restraints: While we take every precaution to ensure safety, using third-party services carries inherent risks. We are not responsible for any actions taken by game developers (Blizzard, etc.) against your account.
